All appointments made will require a credit card on file. No charge will be made at the time of booking.


Please notify your stylist or the front desk at least 24 hours before your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any appointments no showed, cancelled, OR rescheduled less than twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be assessed fees as follows:

• 1st occurrence - 50% of the cost of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.

•2nd occurrence - the FULL COST, 100% of the cost of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.

• 3rd occurrence - customer will be denied the ability to book services at SSS.

A 50% deposit of service fee will be required for booking extensions. This will be a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your extension appointment we require at least 10 days prior to your appointment to be notified.

Any other deposits are non-transferable for other services or times.

We will allow 10 days after service was provided to adjust any changes if unsatisfied with service. An additional appointment will need to be booked for a redo!


If there is any box color or non-professional color present in your hair we MUST be notified! We will not be able to guarantee your desired service due to inconsistency from the other products in hair. A consultation and strand test will be required before booking color service!

If you are sick or having symptoms please notify your stylist or front desk so we can reschedule your appointment.
